The Marian sits atop a hill in the heart of town surrounded by the busiest and oldest streets in Kuching, just a few minutes’ walk from the Kuching Waterfront, Main Bazaar, and Carpenter Street (old Chinatown). Wake up to the hustle and bustle of Kuching life from the clanking of hawker stalls to its vibrant surroundings of night activities from nearby eateries and drinking outlets.

Experience colonial Kuching in this uniquely restored 3-storey mansion built in 1885. A labour of love, with its many wooden stairs and intricate timber features salvaged and retained!

Sitting on one of the highest spots in the heart of Kuching’s picturesque old town, this historical 1885 colonial bungalow is accentuated by a gorgeous sunken garden, a tranquil pool and lush lawns.

With panoramic views over Kuching, the Marian poolside and terrace is perfect for any intimate or casual celebrations for up to 250 guests. Guests can wander through the house or enjoy the lush garden and view of the elegant Bishop’s house next door as they sip champagne and watch the sun set over the old town.
