• Bookings must be paid in full upon check-in
• One room night’s security deposit required upon check-in

Hotel Policies

• Check-in time: after 2:00pm; check-out time: 12:00 noon
• Late check-out charges (subject to room availability)
  • up to 4:00pm @ 1/2 day room charge
  • after 4:00pm @ 1 day room charge
• Strictly NON-SMOKING rooms (FINE : RM250 per room per night)
• Please return room key card upon check-out. Loss or non-return of key card will be charged at RM20 per key card
• All major credit cards accepted
• No extra bed
• No children under 12 years old allowed
• No breakfast and room service

Cancellation Policy

• A cancellation notification via email must be received
• For cancellations made 15 days or more prior to check in date, the amount that has been paid will be refunded less 10% of the total booking amount, being administrative fee
• For cancellations made within 14 days to check in date, the amount that has been paid will be refunded less 30% of the total booking amount, being cancellation fee
• Within 7 days to check in date, strictly no refund
• Strictly no refund for early departure, for whatever reasons
• Strictly no cancellation, no refund, no booking date change for Special Deals/promotions
